Product Colors & Printing Variation

The product colors & printing variation on the products sold at Moosestrum may vary slightly from the pictures on our website, and there a few reasons for this, and we'll do our best to go over the reasons for this below. If you have a question about the color of a particular product, please CONTACT US and we'll do our best to help you!  

Color - Product colors cannot be a guaranteed match with the colors in the product photos or descriptions on the website because:

• There is often a slight variation in color from one computer monitor or mobile device display to the next, and colors may vary slightly from what you see on your display.
• The coloring process performed during manufacturing may vary from time to time.
• Color tags and descriptions listed in our products are provided as a means to help you sort through items or get a basic idea of the color of the product. Our color interpretation may vary from yours (for example, we may see Fuchsia, you may see pink), so use the product photos as the deciding factor on color.  

If you aren't happy with the color of an item, we will gladly exchange it for another as long as you send it back within the allowed returns/exchanges time period. But, because this is not considered a product defect, we do not cover the shipping costs. 

Print Size - Variation with the print sizing on our graphic apparel is normal. Sometimes the sizing is changed in response to  customer feedback over time, sometimes it is changed to better accommodate the printing process. 

Print Quality - The printing, however, should be uniform and even throughout. If you suspect that the product you purchased has a printing defect, please contact us and we will work with you to get you a replacement product.
